We welcome candidates with interests in all areas of chemistry, including but not limited to: Chemical, Structural and Synthetic Biology, Energy Materials, Measurement and Analytical Science, Polymers and Materials, and Synthesis and Catalysis.
Your research will benefit from our extensive instrumental facilities in Warwick’s Research Technology Platforms, but applications from candidates working in emerging fields, including flow chemistry, xolography & photochemistry, and AI-driven experimental science are also encouraged.
Post 2: Assistant Professor in Spectroscopy
We welcome candidates with experience in spectroscopy, including applications and technique/instrument development. Your research should complement our existing research profile and aim to capitalise on the existing infrastructure including, but not limited to, the Spectroscopy RTP and Warwick Centre for Ultrafast Spectroscopy RTP (WCUS). You should be interested in developing and delivering undergraduate teaching in the field of spectroscopy and/or analytical science.
You should have an outstanding record of accomplishment in both research and teaching appropriate for your career stage and demonstrate imaginative plans for how you will develop your research to complement and advance the research and teaching profile of the department.
