Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Physical Chemistry at University of Glasgow

The School of Chemistry currently comprises 45 academic staff, around 50 postdoctoral researchers and research fellows, and around 150 PhD students. The School of Chemistry invites applications for the post of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer.

Job Purpose

To carry out independent research and scholarship in Physical Chemistry within the School of Chemistry, deliver an excellent student experience through teaching and assessment as well as contribute to management and administration. At Grade 8 and 9, demonstrate leadership and contribute to academic and strategic management. We encourage applications from candidates with a strong research profile that aligns, diversifies or is complementary to the research groupings within the School: Functional Molecules and Assemblies, Chemical Photonics, Heterogeneous Catalysis, Energy Conversion and Storage and Chemical Biology.
