As we continue to foster innovation and collaboration within the catalysis community, we are excited to announce a new initiative that shines a spotlight on your remarkable achievements ā”Stories of Impact“. The UK Catalysis Hub has been at the forefront of catalytic research, driving advancements in various fields. Our community’s commitment to excellence and dedication to pushing the boundaries of catalysis science have led to incredible outcomes and tangible impacts.
With the “Stories of Impact” campaign, we invite you to share your success stories arising from your UK Catalysis Hub grants. Whether your research has resulted in breakthrough discoveries, new applications, commercial ventures, or societal benefits, we want to hear about it and celebrate your achievements together.
Impact could include (but is not limited to): Industrial interactions, New collaborations, Networking, Key developments catalysis and related fields, funding following on from Catalysis hub projects, use and interaction with facilities (e.g. diamond Light source, Isis Neutron and muon source and Central laser facilities), including use of the UK Catalysis Hub Block Access group allocation to Diamond, Training
Why share your story?
Inspire and Connect: By sharing your experiences, you inspire fellow researchers and strengthen the bonds within our community. Your journey can ignite new ideas and collaborations, leading to even greater impacts.
Amplify Visibility: Your story will be featured in our reports and shared across our communication channels, showcasing your accomplishments to a wider audience including fellow researchers, industry partners, and policymakers.
Celebrate Your Achievements: This is an opportunity to recognize your hard work, dedication, and the transformative power of catalysis research. Your success deserves to be celebrated!
How to participate:
Simply send us an email to josie.goodall@rc-harwell.ac.uk with the subject line “Stories of Impact Submission.” In your email, share your success story, including:
*A brief overview of your research project and its objectives.
*The outcomes and impacts that have resulted from your work.
*Any collaborations, partnerships, or commercialization efforts that have emerged.
*Personal insights or reflections on the journey and its significance.
*Feel free to include any images, graphs, or data that visually illustrate your achievements.
Let’s come together as a community to celebrate the remarkable impact of catalysis research supported by the UK Catalysis Hub. Your stories are the foundation of our collective success, and we can’t wait to showcase the breadth and depth of your accomplishments. The deadline for submissions is 30th September, so don’t miss out on this chance to be featured in our achievement. We look forward to hearing from you and sharing your inspiring stories with the world.
