biocat has been a biennial meeting point for our community since 2002, bringing together researchers and innovators from academia and industry to share breakthroughs, build collaborations, and inspire the next generation of biocatalysis.
This yearโs program will spotlight emerging frontiers across our fieldโfrom AI-driven enzyme engineering and reaction prediction, advanced electro-/chemo-/photo-biocatalytic cascades, and enzyme mining & metagenomics to non-conventional media, modular bioprocess engineering and automation, synthetic biology & whole-cell catalysis, and biocatalysis for the circular bioeconomy (including COโ valorization and plastic upcycling).
