NarupaXR is a virtual reality platform developed at the University of Bristol that allows researchers and students to step into the molecular world and interact with chemical systems running in live simulations. Using the open-sourced framework a user can redirect the dynamics of a simulation in a fully immersive environment, potentially accelerating traditional simulation workflows. Various MD packages are coupled to NarupaXR such as OpenMM, DL_POLY and DFTB+ enabling biochemical, condense phase materials and quantum simulations to be manipulated in real-time.
